I like this gym because it is quite big. I used to be a member at a small gym and used to feel self conscious and had to wait for equipment. Here there is none of that. The equipment is all really good. The staff are really nice. Also, the classes are included in the membership fee which is not badly prices at all. There are a couple which you have to pay a little extra for, but it says on the website. The classes are easy to book and the people who run them are great. When you sign up, you get some extras with your membership. I got a free 1-1 session with a personal trainer to help come up with a programme. There are big changing rooms with one shower and many lockers. It is open 24 hours. You can park in the Aldi car park for 1 and a half hours for free. You can also park in the Orchards multistory and validate your ticket so that you get the first 2 hours free if you want to be there for a long time. I would recommend this gym.
Really good price for top quality equipment and classes. Can not suggest this place enough. A lovely environment with staff always happy to help. Some of the staff also do personal training (at an extra cost) but are also happy to give a helping hand if they aren't. Definitely the place to go to have fun while getting fit

The gym is excellent and frequently quiet. I play tennis regularly and the courts are also really good both indoors and outside, however I have had 2 mishaps whereby people have somehow booked over my own booked court and this has not been resolved any further than an apology. The indoor tennis courts could also do with heating during the winter as they can be freezing! The swimming pool is good although I rarely use it, it is often quiet and the water is clean but not filled with chlorine like other pools which serves as a nice addition. As for the bar, the food is good, but the service is very slow and I have waited 30 minutes for a simple meal to come, it seems other people also have this problem. I have had lessons with a tennis coach and he was excellent, however I have also heard that the personal trainers are also very good. This is not included with the membership however, instead you have to pay (for example, £30 = 1 hour of tennis) That is not to say that there aren't free sessions available with the membership, such as yoga etc, I have not tried these classes but again I have heard they are good. Overall the centre is escellent, however for the price I feel there could be a few more minor improvements to make it worth the premium. But that is only considering that the gym, courts, and swimming pool are all excellent.
My regular gym. On the whole, no issues, large gym, with a good selection of equipment, a good spa area & restaurant. It can get over run with children, at the weekends & when school finishes, and seems to have a very different clientele, when the post-work arrive. If you're ok with untidy changing rooms & the individual TV's not working, you'll be fine.
